Agreement Overview

By accessing or using the FlowSell Connect platform and automation integration services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the relationship between you (the user) and FlowSell. Please read them carefully before utilizing our tools.

We reserve the right to revise or update these terms at any given time. Any updates will be reflected with an updated "Effective Date" at the top of this document, and continued use of the platform implies acceptance of any changes.

Intellectual Property

All materials, systems, designs, source code, brand logos, badges, templates, and automation methodologies provided on this platform are the sole property of FlowSell or licensed partners. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these assets exclusively for their internal business operations and lead integration.

User Restrictions

When interacting with our Meta integration systems, you agree not to:

• Engage in systemic extraction or automated harvesting of user data.
• Use integration streams for sending spam messages or unsolicited marketing materials.
• Interfere with or disrupt the stability and performance of the hosting servers.
• Violate any third-party developer policies including the Meta Platform Terms.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FlowSell, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the automated workflow tools or Meta API integration bridges.
